2006 Honda Civic making bad sound
hi, last few days i having sound problem with my 2006 honda civic.
specially when i drive on highway, it come from right hand side. one of my friend told me its Wheel Bearing problem. So could anyone tell me, how much cost Wheel Bearing for Honda civic? and how much for replacement? thanks |
wheel bearing itself can cost from 30$ to 60$ depending where you get it from. Labour time is 2h for one side. some shops will do it cheaper, but that's what the job is rated at.
Did your friend just call it a wheel bearing or did he actually inspect it? because it sounds pointless to replace parts that dont have to be replaced. |

Rear wheel bearings are common. To ensure that the problem doesn't happen again, you must change the bearing/hub assembly and the ABS sensor. Moisture gets into the hub via the ABS sensor.
