2 questions in one

1) is there anyway to adjust a hydrolic clutch so that it releases a little lower?
2) has anyone dealt with Skunk2 intake manifolds? what kind of perfromance gains should i expect upon installation and does this remove the dual stage intake from a GSR and replace it with single stage??

1) Yes there is, i just had mine adjusted
2) The Skunk2 is a single stage IM. Which is good for those who run GSR swaps but can't find a GSR ecu. You can run a chipped P28 instead with a single stage IM without losing massive low-end. The Skunk2 is basically an ITR copy, it's the same casting, but if you were to compare the 2 visiually, the skunk2 is of better quality. It generally frees up more torque than the ITR. How much you gain will depend on what other engine breathing improvements you've done.

intake

**** the skunk2. it is good, but, the gsr can by modded to make mad power. has anyone ever asked themselves what makes a plenum flow more air up top? is it not large plenum volume and short runner length? if you did do that, then, think about it, look at your gsr intake, take it apart, and you will see. big plenum, short runners. as for the dual stage, pm me and i'll tell you how to make that **** scream. by the way, there is a dude in the us, i think his motor was built by Ericks Racing?? it's a B20 race motor, and what intake does he run? oem 94-01 Gsr. what is his best time to date? i believe it's 10.78 @ 12xmph. what does that tell you. also, in case you guys don't know, the del sol B16a2 intake manifold out performs the ITR intake on a B16a from 1500rpm up to 8200rpm, this is a B16a test only. not once, will the ITR make more power or torque than the A2 on a B16a, unless you rev between 8800-9500rpm, the B16a intake is the b16a street racers choice. i have the proof. oh yeah, you can't adjust a hydrolic clutch. peace
