auto-manual conv has been done successfully in the past by Scott from CSi, I'm sure loudsubz will be along in a little bit with his contact info. -- maybe try seaching CSi for Scott.

Alternatively, you could let Buddah's shop tackle the job, or even Altech.

For the cam... well, one's VTEC the other isn't... I would find it tough to believe a VTEC cam would fit a non-VTEC head, and quite frankly, even if it did - it would not result in any gains. The question may be better answered by red90dx or donesixer, or even sohc.org
