Question 16 steelies?
would steelies 16 fit a 99 dx for the winter, would the ride be rough, do they make 4x100 bolt patern, does tire world carry them.

Wal mart prolly doesn't sell a low pro winter tire to fit his civic.
He'd maybe need a 45 or 50 series winter tires to clear the fenders I'd guess.
Winter tires in those profiles don't come cheap either.

Unless you've got a big brake upgrade, why bother with 16" winter steelies?
Go with a 14"/15" More cost effective IMO.
Being a DX, I'm certain even a 13" clears the stock brakes.
