Question 15" to 16"

Hi,

I'm using a 15" rims on my EK and planning to get a 16"

What is the offset of 15" rims for Civic? and how about 16"??

Is the 98 spec DC2R rims fit on EK Civic?

Thanks so much!!!

DC2R rims are 5 bolt wheels, not 4 bolt.

offset between 40 and 42 mm will be good. I use 42 offset myself. some ppl say 38 offset is also ok, but sometimes depending on tire choice, it causes problems with the top of the fener liner under hard turns.

i just got 16" rims with a 45 offset, no problems so far. MIND YOU, my rims are 16" x 6.5", so the 45 offset works just fine.

if it's a 16x7" rim (or a 17x7 rim for that matter), then you shouldn't go higher than a 42 offset.
