Talking 1.6L zc engine swap/ manual to auto change

i own a 1990 honda civic dx hatchback, its a 5-speed maual.....what id like to do is drop in a 1.6L DOHC zc engine with an automatic tranny.... would this be possible, like is it just a simple swap of the engine and tranny, or is it more complicated cause im switching to auto...

Going from auto-to-manual is easy cuz wiring is bypassed. Youc an leave all the auto wiring in place and just not use any of it.

Doing it the other way around, going from manual-to-auto, woudl be a ngihtmare. All the neccessary wiring, clips, connectors etc. behind the dash, under the center console and in the ecu area would need to be put in.

Unless the car you are putting it into is already an auto, then don't.

See above.....
