FS: Panasonic CQ-VAD7300U 7 inch in-dash, single din, am/fm/dvd/cd/mp3/tv tuner

I am selling my old deck

My friend bought it in 2004 for around $1800 with tax, I bought it from him in 2005 and have had it in my cavalier since. I decided that I would rather have a double din deck now and I have no need for all of the inputs/outputs this one has. So here we are.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this deck, it worked great for me the past 3 years. Condition is great and I have recorded some clips of the decks functions just before I removed it from the car. (ask)

I was able to play all burned CDs and DVDs and was able to receive between 3-10 TV stations depending on location.

Specs:

The Panasonic CQ-VAD7300U in-dash car video system include a DVD player, 7-incn 16:0 widescreen color LCD monitor, TV and radio turner and 2 channel diversity antenna. This unit it’s able to play DVD, VCD, CD, CD-R, and CD-RW plays MP3 files on CD_R and CD-RW.

The motorized, slide-out 7 diagonal LCD screen uses a cold cathode fluorescent backlight, anti-glare coating, and TFT active matrix drive to provide a high-definition picture with over 300,000 pixels. You can adjust the viewing angle and horizontal position of the display with the touch of a button, and one-touch tilt for easy access to heater controls.
Also with this incredible Panasonic Car DVD Player is designed to be the cornerstone of a complete mobile entertainment system. You even get TV tuning, AM/FM radio, and CD changer controls. The CQ-VADD7300U include built-in MP3 audio and MPEG2 video decoders, on-screen menus with user setup display, auxiliary audio/video input, audio/video output, and ID code security system.

This model comes with 4-channel MOSFET amplification on board. Optical digital output can feed an optional surround decoder, automatic Dolby Digital 2-channel mix-down plays all your favorite discs. Panasonic’s high-precision D/A converter handles DVD's 96kHz/24-bit resolution with ease, while the multi-function joystick control allows for easy operation.

When comparing the to new decks, remember the $600 (+ tax) decks at Futureshop are new but are lower models, this one was $1800 new

while searching for info and specs online i found the same deck on a website that has not been updated since 2004. This shows how much this was new. Panasonic Video

I will also include a Panasonic CR-SRT 100 Sirius satellite adaptor unit, this unit was $300 new but my friend said he could never get it to work and I never tried.

I am asking $400 OBO with TV antena
or
$350 without TV antena (TV tuner will not work, everything else will though)

I will also help you install it, saving you somewhere between $100-$300 in costs.

you can
