FS: 4X100 14" Black Steelies w/tires

these were on a civic, i have 4 all seasons with 5%-20% tread...2 tires are 175/65 and 2 are 185/60 i believe...

all 14 inch rims, painted back by me last summer

they would work great for mounting winters...they arent perfect but they are good
