Blown B20 VTEC (B18C1 head on a B20 block)

Looking to sell my B20 VTEC its a B18C1 head on a B20 block. It overheated two months ago and has been sitting ever since. A week after it overheated it started to lose compression in the cylinders so I took it to a shop and they did a leak down test and told me that if I replaced the valve seals and head gasket that it should be fine, but they recommended that I had the motor rebuilt because it overheated they weren't sure if anything else got damaged. So I have decided to part out my EG hatch and sell the motor. Motor comes complete with s4c tranny or the head and block can be sold separately.
Asking Price:
Since the motor needs to have work done to it, I am asking for best offer but please no low ballers.
when i get serious buyer i will ask for a deposit so i can buy for the motor being taken out of my car.
