punk your might have more competition in the clidesdale class... a guy from angelas work found out about it last week sometime and might join.. I won't know till later on today but he says he wants to sign up so that might be one more person for you to dominate

i didn't stick around for the 7-9 session.
but considering omst ppl get OFF work at 5, i'm going to assume 5-7 is less busy.

last weekend is Everyone gets 100pts if they paid
so even if u don't run the qualify and race at the end u get the points
but after next week the real races starts

i like the sounds of that

but ya i dont think i'm gonna be out tomorrow for practice... my bank account is starting to get a bit low

but basically the helmet is just red... came with 3 visors though... clear, dark tinted then a blue mirror.... so at least i wont have to use the smelly ones anymore

I don't get it... why do we get points for a practice week ??? like what would be the point... everyone would go or 99% would... so what's the point of giving out 100 points to everyone... why not start everyone out at 0??? where did u get this information from?

if you start everyone out at zero, there'd be no incentive to go to the 2 practice races (last week and coming up)

so a lot of ppl wouldn't get up to speed and thus cause a havoc when the real deal begins.

that won't be a good idea.

if you went upstairs and listened to what bob said, he did mention it

I did listen to what Bob said and in our session at least he made no mension of it... PunknDrublic was there w/ me... I was just trying to verify that this information was actually true, but Bob said nothing at all even regarding points other than once the season starts we can find them on the website.

Although now that I think about it, I still think it's kinda stupid to give out free points.. cause even if he didn't give out any points the ppl that didn't bother to show up will just end up getting dominated anyways so the advantage is in the ppl's favor who actually shows up...

So does this mean if I go to both practice sessions I get 200 points total?

i don't think it's 200
it's 40 points i believe per day.

if you look at last year's results, i think 40 is the max.
but whatever the number is, you get full points.

well in theory it would be based on if u paid to go or not... if u made up ur missed session and then did your next session b4 the season started it sounds like you would get them... as long as ur paid up for those 2 sessions....

I got it from Bob himself
coz we left right after the pratice coz it was too cold ....lol
he told us as long as u've paid for the pratice then doesn't matter if u race or not (only the first 2 exhibitions) you get 100pts
so I guess... since there are still ppl joining late that would put them back 100 to 200pts back...

I was just wondering where it came from.. If Bob said it himself then he's obiously right and there's really no questioning it... I just thought it would be odd cause who ever didn't bother to show up to the "exibition weeks" are gonna get dominated anyways so I didn't really understand why he'd up ppl's points for coming to them... but again he didn't mension this in our session.. thanks fer clearing it up
