ya bob did say most sundays wont be as bad as that one but still... i'd rather race and win on mondays then get half as much practice and loose on sundays

so since theres a few people going.... how do you guys handle that turn after the long straight? like i want to not brake but you really have to i tried just cutting into that turn but i didn't ever really get a clean run through it from other people spining...

i dont think you get that tired though... .cause the 2 hours of practice your not driving the whole time... i think you go in 5-10 mins runs.... then the 15 lap race wouldn't be to bad either....

i'm in the heavy weight class... a buddy of mine is in the lightweight class....

what day did you pick?? i'm on sundays not sure which sundays though
according to the website signup is still 99.99

the best way i saw for doing that part and what the guy we followed our first time out is he came up on the turn very wide, cut in very close and came outta the turn very wide... he lost hardly any speed doing it too... i guess if i worked there i'd dominate too ... as for days for the ppl other than punk (cause were in the same day obiously) mondays and fridays are extremely light... In the orientation bob said on a sunday we'd get about 60 practice laps in, on a monday looking between 80-100 apparently... So punk and I are in session 7 so we'll let u guys know how busy it is....

the best thing to do thou I think personally is choose a non busy day like mon or friday and if you cannot make it show up another day.. but if u can make the non busy day u'll be getting ur moneys worth...

you basically have to hold your line going into the turn and alll the way thru it...get all your breaking done before and hit the apex hard

the breaks on those karts are crazy tho...in that first turn somebody spun out rite in front of me as i was tailing them...when i slammed my breaks the damn kart wanted to throm me out....good thing i could keep contrul of it. it takes some getting used to.

but bob said that every time out we will be racing on another configuration of the track.

i found i had to brake for that turn... you hardly need to on the banked turn either and that mid course right handed turn no need either...

last sunday i was coming around that first turn and some guy locked up and spun right in front of me to i swirved into the mud to avoid then i smoked the curbing coming back on course... then my car was a slippery for a few laps after...

anyways we should all hit up next thursdays practice or something

i find it gay how you "cant pass" in practice...
everybody was doing it so much that the guy trying to black flag people didnt even know who to point to first

I thought we were allowed to pass in practice... like if someone is in front and he/she (probably a she) is slowing down traffic behind him/her then I'm pretty sure your allowed to pass... maybe I'm wrong but in our brief 5 minute sessions everyone was passing and nothing was said

my policy is:
pass first, ask later

if i get in **** for it, whatever.
i'm there to PRACTISE, not drive like a granny. if i don't use that chance to run to the limit of the kart, how am i gonna contend during the race?

i passed many times last week at our first day... its stupid not to pass cause your just gonna all get bunched up... i never knew this no passing rule in practice though... it doesn't make sense... maybe like the first lap of practice but all practice would be weird
