i've never done it.... if you haven't paid already then its stupid expensive... i signed up for $60... its like $260 now

i dont think you get that tired though... .cause the 2 hours of practice your not driving the whole time... i think you go in 5-10 mins runs.... then the 15 lap race wouldn't be to bad either....

i'm in the heavy weight class... a buddy of mine is in the lightweight class....

what day did you pick?? i'm on sundays not sure which sundays though

finally had the first outting today... it was lots o fun... we only got 2 runs in cause it was mostly orientation but in two weeks it'll be lots more fun.... theres so many people who are uneducated with racing though... i almost t boned this one guy who spun mid turn so i had to run off the track to avoid him... then my tires were all wet and muddy so my car sucked

ah well for $40 it'll be some nice outtings once the real racing starts

i'm debating switching it over to a weekday
sundays are just wayyyy too crowded for my liking.

not to mention i heard from a buddy of mine the last friday's group wasn't that fast.

did you guys run in the rain? w/ slicks? or did they have rain tires.

no they run slicks in the rain... me and brisk20 are probably switching to mondays actually cause its the least busy day of them all... and of course all the hardcore guys wont be out on a monday which hopefully works to my advantage....

were you out yesterday too??

no, i was out on the 11th.
i'll see how this sunday goes. a part of me wants to see how i stack up against the hardcores.
another part of me wants to sit atop the rankings whichever way i can.

i'll be there. gonna meet up w/ some guy i met on another board. he's running both brencole and his own Rotax.

gonna get him to show me the ropes and learn how to wrench ona kart (basically signed on as his pit man)

look for an asian guy w/ a red/white suit w/ a white helmet when it comes for the league karts to go out

thats cool... i'm not gonna be coming out tonight though... maybe next week..

i think next year i might buy one of the used carts... they had a shifter cart there last sunday for $1500 complete... not to shabby... or maybe buy one of there frames then drop a hayabusa motor in hahaha

we had 8 brencole guys show up for 5-7.

i'm gonna get a rotax next season. aint touching shifters yet, those are wayyyy over my head.

the thing i hate about the carts is the braking systems... i have a problem hitting the gas like in a normal car... but on those carts that means rear lock up... guess i just need more finesse...

next thursday i'm gonna try to come out though
