oh.. and i was thinking maybe if we post the wednesday meet thread earlier like... on thursdays that gives people a week to consider.. maybe get some names on the list

Thursday may be a bit early...lol.

Most people know there is a meet every wednesday. It get's mentioned and advertised quite often on the site...

Maybe post it on Sunday? It's usually up at some point on every monday...

Well I know this meet thread was posted kinda late (day before meet), but I think that was because of the long weekend.

Usually it's up on the monday before.

Sadly I guess people just aren't that interested. If they were they would be looking for the meet thread, no?

i think the case with us is.... we got quality over quantity... at our meets... never seen anybody act douched out at our meets... everybody is friendly... nobody hating on anybody as far as I know.... so still a win win situation for us lol

Can't get more obvious than a Section called "Meets and Events"!

We've even seen members that welcome newcomers in their Intro Thread and direct attention to this section, and in particular, the weekly Wednesday meet that gets posted each Monday. We've got the PR Team working on doing that, and if anyone else wants to help direct attention to it, all the better!

With nicer weather coming (and already here ), hopefully the attendance will increase. Even so, the core group is there, and that means a lot when new members slowly join the ranks...then, they become part of the regular weekly group. Gotta give a round of applause for those who continually support the Weekly Meet and enjoy their Wednesday nights.
