That's an awsome idea. Cells work too, but hey, if there's a GB possible.....then why not???? Just split them with ppl.

Great idea...although cell phones would work just as well, for the long distance road trips these would be a great tool to help keep the bills down.

I think cell phones would be a hassle, with the FRS, it's instant and everyone can hear what is going on. Can't do that with a cell. You will see when you go on one of our cruises what I mean.

im gonna buy a set of FRS if anyone wants the other one lemme know k.. thanx..

and its fun ebcause u crusin and u can bull**** on the way there lol.. also if you see a hot chick everyone gets to look lol..

we used to have them in florida when we cruised its tuns of fun.. somone buy a set they cheap from 30 to 110 dls for a set of to.. buy one then just sell the other one to a member.. .. would be nice.. im getting mine this week.

a decent pair can be found @ the source, best buy, or futureshop for around 60 or so.
motorolla has decent pairs with rechargable batteries and charging stations.
make sure they have sub channels and imo a headset would be a great addition to

I got mine at Future shop buddy. Reg 149.99 with a 30 dollar rebate. And I really do believe they go 11 kms cause it atleast does 9 kms cause my friend lives 9 kms away from my friends farm and it still worked...very clear. I think it's the best choice for the die hard FRS person.

welll i got an awesome chance to get a hold of 5 motorola t5420 frs radios.
so with tcc in mind i got them

i have them and am offering them for use to the tcc show team.

when i am attending shows they will be available to memebrs for use, and when i am not atending a show they will be givien to jeff or someone when i am not there.

figured we were looking for a group buy, but trully i don think we need more then these as many have them already and these are mainly for those who don't have them.

when attending a show and you are in need of one, either pm me prior to the show and i can put one aside , or take your chances day of and first come first serve.
