Maybe...but only because the "real" show guys aren't driving a new car yet. Once more guys start getting into later model civics they are gonna go nuts on them too.

Also, was gonna tell you when I was in SLC I saw a Gen 7 with that hood on it parked at the side of the road...looked good but it also had a huge FMI creeping under there so the whole package looked pretty sick.

you cant enter your car like that... ( not you SIveloz)

this isnt import fest or a show liek that.... Speedorama is a top notch car show... im not trying tobe mean, but your car has a long way to go before you can enter a show like this... i would imagine youll get denied in your APPLICATION anyway... they are looking for the most unbelivable show cars around...

i liek your car.. its nice.. but not worthy of this show... keep up the hardwork and maybe next year.. if you have ever sen the car that wins them import show youll understand why... its crazy green civic, with TVs custom dash, turbo, custom body ****.. its a crazy show car...

Well one of the members from my other car club just called me and said, they have one spot reserved for my car. I still don't know if I'll have the time. Would love to go.......I'd be put in with a 53 Merc. and a 55 Chevy.......this would be funny. (me in between...lol ) Just don't have the time to put on my "nice"rims Clean the car.....vaccume....wash wax.......then after all is said and done, I'd be without the car for a few days.....then put my "snows" back on...........I just don't know.

you didn't go last year...did you?

you would take that back........even with my old "fugly" rims,(as some members called them), I would of done well. Even a lowered Civic with a set of rims could of went.

saw some crappy looking cars too......lets just say.....BONDO.

some examples from past Speedorama shows......

oooooooooo.........look..........

oh.....by the way........do you recognize this car?

.......if you do......that car belongs to the same car club I do.
And yes, he has won previous awards at various shows over the years. Until only a couple of years ago, that car was NEVER started. When he finally decided to start the damn thing, he held a giant BBQ car show for our club. Lets just say it sounds incredable. He was even put on the show flyers one year.

So before you go and say.....

i would imagine youll get denied in your APPLICATION
Don't be so sure.

Hey "M"......fill it out.

Here's other member from my "other" car club.

Marty, you should for sure enter it in the London show if you can.
A bunch of the boys from LAC will be entering their cars. It should be a good weekend

everyone has a shot Ali..
it all depends on what you think you'll have to do to your car before you feel comfortable entering it..
i use to show my EXP turbo stock and win with it (in class), but i never really had any competition..the world of Honda is soooo much different..
we'll talk tonite if i'm gonna make it out to KC's....

that's awsome Marty!
still not sure if i'm entering my car or not, the weather will be making my decision for me
if there's still snow or salt on the ground then my baby will not be making the drive from 'sauga to london.

i always wondered if i can register my car or a 4th gen. would u have to register it under civics or can u register it under old skool?
it's pretty difficult to compete in the civics category, there's just too many.
btw went to speedorama last year, wasn't too great, definetly not going this year
