This morning, I am experiencing what could potentially be a ball joint problem. A horrible grinding noise when the wheel is in full lock position. I am gonna get that checked out tomorrow.

I have decided not to come. Spent a little too much money lately so I want to cut myself some slacks and gear up for the end season lapping days.

Sorry Eric.

I am also going to look for a lap timer. It will make the lapping days worth a while. So want to save up some money before the next event.

I guess that will work, I guess we don't need something that sophisticated yet.

last event I was at a few years back my buddy rolled his crx... we spent the night with him in the hospital. I'm glad there's a helmet rule enforced!

I'll try to make it out with the mr2 turbo...

There's always a black EK hatch with blue racing seats at these events. It runs with his friend's champagne EG. I was watching that EK go around the track and he seems like a good driver. The car is quick around the track. I've been wondering for the longest time if it's all driver that's making the car quick. I've been wondering what he has under the hood as well. Does anybody know what is under the hood of the black EK? Feel free to share or not share. I understand if it's private.

I THINK this is the one I'm talking about: http://www.beperformance.com/Gallery...ly_30/1270.jpg

And his buddies car is this one I think: http://www.beperformance.com/gallery...id=600&hei=430

IIRC, he has a B series in it. There was a gentleman name Kevin who does engine work and he said he did his car.

But driver does make a difference, unless you push it (with skill of course), the car won't reach its limit.

yea i saw what they were running, and they are B series.. and yes driver makes a big dif in all the turns on the track.. on the straight ur pretty much burned if ur car is slow.. sayjaibao kept up with a H22 in all the turns but lost it durin the straight, he coulda easily passed him on the turns if he wanted
