heres a quick doup of enclosure comparisons i did on tpc

Free Air- Not good unless you have a well sealed trunk, even then it wont be that great for SPL but will be good if you dont want to have a big box in your trunk

Sealed: Easiest to build, provides deepest bass IN a small enclosure, bass isn't as deep AS... in a larger enclosure

Ported: Provides no woofer protection against subsonic or turn on thumps, (can be fixed with subsonic filter on amp), Can provide deep bass, at least an octave lower than sealed boxes

Requires a much bigger box

Bandpass: More difficult to design, Provides sound over narrow freq range, eg 35-80hz, reducing requirment for a steep low pass crossover, Runs the risk of being a "one note wonder", but can be overcome IF built correctly, most fab bandpass boxes are garbage

Transmission line: Elabrate and expensive to build, Possible to achieve deeper bass than sealed

id go funky with a box screw sealed or ported

try a transmission line or abc box for giggles

Are they not selling the AV2's anymore luka? I know i remember reading they werent selling the 15's but they were the rest. If your looking for something pretty much exactly like the A v.2's I can get them built with any cone, basket style and ohm configuration.

i would just drill a hole into the box for the wire and seal it on the inside with some silicone.
