Hey Mandi

Are you saying 3pm cause thats the earliest you can go? I would just be worried about a premeet at 3 leaving the premeet at say like 330 sharp getting downtown and having to be in traffic and all that crap I would say no later then getting to the dome at 4 cause thats when EVERYBODY will be coming cause they have to get off work and shyte. I dunno just things to think about.

Might as well meet somewhere near the dome, then drive there. I mean, is everyone coming from Sauga area or all over the place?

I (just my opinion) still thinks that it is logical to meet at a location close to Roger's (with enough parking of course) then drive there. West end folks can do a premeet if you guys don't have to work that day. For me, it is only logical to drive straight down south (from Vaughan) than to go back west then head east.

I can probably do a quick OT or get a half day off, if majority want to go down early. But I can't do full day off.

Cleaning wise, I heard from Buddah that the club has a small spray with something like 5 gallons of water or the like. Me personally, will wash the car the day before then just use your typical touch up cleaner indoor.

What do you guys think?

i think that we all have to go in at the same time so we have to sort something out so if half of us cant get off till late then that means that we cant go in till late so i think we shud have a list of who can come and what times and set a date when every one has to submit the time that they can come down just my 2 cents

A central meeting location is essential, because that will also determine time of travel to that place.

How about any of those beach parking lots on lakeshore blvd there have got to be at least a dozen parking lots where people park to walk along the beach. it would be tough to pick an exact one though!!!

2 30 pm, so depending on where we meet, I will probably need 3 hours time off, I think I can manage that.

We have 10 cars rolling in, we need free parking for roughly 15 minutes... how's Fairview Mall sound? It is at 401/404, meet there at 2 30 (tons of free parking), then take 404 south (DVP), all highway so less chance of breaking up. For folks coming from west, it is on your way (well, QEW is easier I guess... ?)

Or... meet at Sherway Garden, or IKEA at Etobicoke along QEW?
