I can afford the 85$$ now.

But again.
I still don't know if my car should rep TCC.

I would go but $85 sounds a bit steep for a show, I don't even know my car is Importfest "material" anyways.

many can afford 85, but it would be going right into the hole - 85 for a show entry is retarded not including admissions, food, gass, and so on for the day, even when we had group discount 60 is crazy, thats why only 2 people bothered to sign up out of all of us... too bad though... good show, too costly to enter

Meh.
I would go to rep TCC.
Not to win anything.

I don't expect to win anything at ANY show I have entered.
But I go to rep the club.

So do you think the almost 500$$ I have spent to attend every CSCS show this year has 'went down the drain' because I haven't won anything.

I would go for the club.

On top of that.
It would give my car some more 'exposure'.
Maybe get a sponsor.
You never know.

I just want to know from the "higher ups" as to whether or not they would want my car to rep TCC for them at this kind of show.

well $10 a show oppose to $85 a show is a big difference, and i am talking about just reg amounts, not including gas and so on. i would love to go for the club as well, and everyone knows that - but to spend almost 100 just to attend is a crazy amount. everyoone is going to rep the club, 99.9% of members in this club go to everyshow to do that as majority drive their everyday beaters. "exposure" sure, go for it, if you want to pay for it no ones stopping yeah, we need members to go. "I" just think it is to expensive for me to attend, as do others im sure or selse we would have 20+ members attend like the cscs events then aain they're only $10.

thats the problem though, have confidence / hope - neevr expect to win and u won't. you have a decent ride, so why not.

considering this is a more flashy show i think tcc should be choosy and maybe choose some people to rep...

Please don't tell me to take it easy.

I was simply telling you why I would like to go.
I was in no way getting 'rowdy' or whatever you want to call it.

Thats the problem with internet.
No one knows how your talking etc.
Or what tone you have.

Anyways yah.
It would be nice to win something.
I have confidence.
But not to the point that I get upset if I don't.

Also.
I am not building a show car.
But I do like to show it.
But not to win anything.

I like the environment that shows offer.
And to get out and rep the club and to have fun.

85$$ is a lot of fun.
But for some people that is one night out drinking at a bar or whatever.
I don't go out to bars.
So this is like my one night out.
Except that its at a car show in the Skydome.
For a day.
To me thats way more fun then sitting in a bar drinking my face off.

But thats just me.

My car will be there again this year ( if it's not sold by then)representing TCC.
They called me up a couple of weeks ago, asking if I was going to bring it down again this year. Already paid them the entrance fee.

Importfest registration is over for the Toronto show. Unless you want to go to Vancouver? I wouldn't mind going...but lack the time/funds.
