I will be at the Home Depot meet on Sunday Sept 17th to collect and the East end meet on Wednesday Sept 20th to collect aswell. Come on guys I'd love to see this number at 15-20 cars, lets really knock em' dead!

Competitor load-in is scheduled for Friday November 17th 2006 from 12 PM till 8:00pm at Gate 8 on the 100 Level and Loading Dock in front of Gate 8.
When you arrive at the Rogers Centre please proceed to the Registration Table on either the 100 Level or the Field Level. Your space will be pre-assigned. (If you would like to be on the field you must register in advance as space is limited).
* If you absolutely can not make these times please contact us immediately to make alternative arrangements. * Please do not call us during Set-Up as the office will be closed the week of.
Please stay in your vehicle until it is your turn. Once at the table, you must provide your full name and vehicle information. If you registered on-line you may also present a copy of your Pay Pal transaction for faster service.
Once your Registration is confirmed you will be provided with your package (Basic or VIP) as well your car will be tagged with an Autometer Display Card inside your front windshield. Please ensure this card is visible from the outside of your car for judging purposes.
Once inside the venue you will be permitted to stay and clean your vehicle until 8:00PM at which time everyone must leave the building (security reasons). There will be absolutely NO SATURDAY MOVE-IN and NO EXCEPTIONS! Failure to move in on Friday will result in loss of space without refund.
Placement is given on a first come first serve basis. Please keep this in mind that if you are rolling in as a crew, all members must roll in at the same time. If for some reason one or two members will be late, the vehicles will not be guaranteed placement in the same location. Space will not be reserved.
