so for those of us that are going should we start planning? i work fridays so i need to know when we are gonna roll in and if we have to do it together and blah blah blah. i guess its a little early but if i need time off work its gonna take some time to prepare for it too!

The show hours are Saturday May 10, 2008 11:00AM - 11:00PM & Sunday May 11, 2008 10:00AM - 6PM. If we roll out every night, then we should be rolling in very early on Saturday morning, assuming no cars on site overnight.

Ya, I E-mail them as well, just trying to get an answer for us as well.
From an organizer point of view, no-overnight parking makes more sense, risk of vandalism and theft is just too great. Hopefully cars won't get ticket right outside the park.

Hey. There are NO ins and outs. cars wil remain parked on Fri and Sat night. We have overnight security, no issues.

I might leave 1 or 2 hours early from work to avoid traffic and registration. I believe that's what I did for Nov. 2006 Importfest. But I think it is enough info to start planning ahead.
move in on Friday from 12noon til 8pm. We will send out an email closer to the show with all the info.

From what I was informed importfest security is a lot better then darknights. I was told not to worry. Obviously I will though.

I saw we aim for 3ish on friday to roll in? I am not sure if I will be able to get friday off so I want to roll in after school and before work.. I haven't had a weekend off yet for 5 weeks.. so I doubt i'll get a day off

So 3ish to be at the park, then the premeet will be around 1ish I suppose. Half day off for me then if that is the case

Looks pretty industrial to me, 400/Shappard area. We would meet at a Timmy around Vaughan, somewhere on Keele or closer to 7 or Steeles area and go from there. I mean, we only have 10 cars or so, so it is not like we have a huge group by any means.
