ATTENTION: DKN7 Participants
TCC final meet point will be at the south-west corner of Highway 7 and McCowan Rd. in Richmond Hill, ON. at the Tim Hortons parking area.
You'll have a chance to buy breakfast at Timmies or McDonalds (on the other side of the parking lot). We should all be there by 8 am to receive our show packages and passes. Roll in is 9-10am. We'd like to get in as early as possible in hopes we can get a good spot at the venue. With that in mind, we hope to leave Tim Hortons by 8:30 am so please, will everyone please be on time for 8 am.
For those who have them, bring your FRS radios with you as we will be using them to co-ordinate our parking pattern at the venue and communicate directions to the venue aswell (I will be designing a parking pattern for the event). FRS channel will be announced at the pre-show meet. And if you don't already have one, now would be a good time to buy a folding chair. Some members have extras but, likely not enough to accomodate everybody. Bring lots of drinking water etc. as it proves to be a hot one. Might be wise to bring a lunch aswell as food is usually pricey at these shows. TCC will be setting up some tents for the members to sit under and it's encouraged that members bring large area tents if they've got em...but, to be safe bring sunblock anyways.
Please do not post in this thread. If you have questions about the show, please PM me. Or if you have any good suggestions for the rest of us, please post them here. Otherwise, we'll see ya on Saturday morning...8am sharp!

To answer a few PMs, yes please bring a cooler with drinks and food...absolutely. Like I said, it's gonna be a really hot day especially out in the sun. I don't want anyone going dehidrated or heat stroke or whatever. So, yes absolutely bring a cooler. I know I don't have a cooler so I might have to rent some space for my drinks in someone's cooler...lol. Bring whatever foods or drinks you'd like. The only thing I'd ask is NOT to bring alcohol beverages. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
