various chips noob question
 
hey I have various performance chips such as Mugen, Spoon, etc I was wondering how I put these in or swap them? noob question sorry. thanks for looking.

i doubt u can put them all in...i have one chip sitting in my room too, dont have any idea how to instal it, but i know it kicks vtec in earlier, i think? are chips even worth putting in a ECU, like a p28? cuz i got one of those laying around too.

well you have to have a chipped ecu to accept these "chips".
But these generic chips typically are useless. Having vtec engage earlier WILL NOT make your car faster or make more power, actually it will do the exact opposite.
Generic chips such as the mugen, spoon, skunk2 just add a bunch of fuel and jack up the timing a whole bunch, and usually have rev-limits that are sky high, and honestly, just unsafe.
I do not recommend using these generic chips, but if you need someone to chip your ecu, PM me.
