hey guys
i got a 1990 civic hatch. its just got the 1.5l in it
its my winter beater, now ive done alot when i first got it, fuel filter, oil change, cap & roter new filter and i think thats about it for mechanical.
its struggling at low rpm, like it feels like its bogging untill about 2600 rpm, ive put fuel system cleaner in it but it didnt help at all.
anyone have any feedback on what it could be? car has abuot 220km on it.

Seems like a misfire. Its an ignition issue.
Replace the ignition control module/coil, ignitor or ICM, as some call it.

Its kind of hard to replace or even find ICM on its own. Better off getting a new distributor.

Now before you go ahead and do that, there are ways to test the ICM. Get service manual and follow the proceedures outlined there.

It is very likely its the distributor, but should never just buy parts and replace things that may not be broken.

Could be the ignition wires as well. I'd also check the spark plugs. If they look fine, check the gap and re-gap them if necessary.
