hi, so i was doing a lot of research lately. ive seen threads about d15blocks with zc heads, and a lot of the time half the people say that dohc head wont fit on sohc block and the other half the people say it will. so im not sure. does anybody know? from all the reading i've done most people say that blocks are mostly the same so dohc head should with with a little bit of fab. also if it were possible, would a z6 sohc get noticible power with either zc or even b series head?

The ZC dohc head can work but it is way to much effort just buy the whole motor it's cheaper than trying to make it work

A b-series head is bigger, and it won't fit.
If you want more power do something about your bore size. Either bore your sohc (75mm) or go with a b series motor (81mm)
Or install higher compression pistons.
