OBD2 to OBD1 question

OBD2 to OBD1 question
hi ..i hav a question... if i convert my 96 civic si to obd1 will it still pass emmisions??..

no reason it wouldn't if done correctly and tuned (or running the correct program for the engine). most well tuned cars run as well or better than modified cars w/ stock software.

agreed....i've tuned some 300+whp cars that pass a legit etest.
