hea guys i was workin on my egvx today and it was running with the hood open, i noticed a new strange noise comming from a black "thing" in between the injectors clossest to the belt with a hose that travels up to the front right side of the intake manifold. i pilled it out of its hole and it was makking a very fast tikking noise. i didnt wanna mess with something i knew nothing about so i just put it back in the hole. what is it and do i need a new one? thanks

lol thats your pcv system, it usually does not make a ticking noise more so a suction sound as its in vacuum..mite just be the pcv valve needs replacement if its "ticking"

lol no, esp not on a VX. I've never even seen under the hood of a VX...
