Help please! Valve adjustment 92-95 civic 1.5lt Auto
Need some help pls. I want to adjust the valves on my ride, hains manual says to line up notch on timing belt pully to tdc. There is 3 notches on my pully, one of them has a 411 printed beside it but I don't know which one I am suppose to be using as a marker! I did get the rotor in the cap to what I think was tdc, but was not to sure what to do and didn't want to mess it up! Any suggestions out there would be greatly appreciated! Thank-you

the 3 markings need to point with one up and the other two line up with the back of the timing belt cover. you need to make sure the crank pully is in the right spot too tho. the markings on it may be dirty but they're there. you should see 3 and then a 4th about an inch past. you need to line it up with the timing marks on the lower cover where the access hole is for the belt tensioner.
i forget off the top of my head wich of the 4 marks you line up with the tensioner but it should be obvious I think if you line up the top and the marks are no where to be seen then your not at TDC for piston #1 you need to be a TDC for the cylinder your adjusting the valves on.
