fule pump

i just got a walbro 255 fule pump installed in my eg with a b20b and when we started the car it rain for like a min or so and just died the guy that put in the pump look to see what the problem was and he said the pump ****ed up my fule injetors. He said the pump was to much for it but where i got it from said it could even go in a stock car and it would run fine.

A walbro 255lph fuel pump isn't "too much" for stock injectors.
I used a 255lph fuel pump with my stock injectors for over a year (when it was n/a) and it was fine.

i've never EVER seen honda injectors crap out....EVER!

Do you have a fuel pressure guage? Are you getting any fuel pressure? If so, how much?

Put the stock fuel pump back in, see if it starts, if so, then its NOT the injectors and its the pump or the install of the pump.

if you have to tell your mechanic what to do, its time for a new mechanic.

haha this is true. If it sounds like the mechanic is guessing what's wrong and really has no clue, it's time to move on.

Well what do you expect? This douche probably brought a walbro pump to a general mechanic. You guys have to put yourself in his shoes, on other manufacters higher pressure/volume pumps can burn out injectors or even drivers in the module.

I think you should of brought this to a honda shop or a perf. shop that works on hondas. You probably blew a fuse or something.
