DOHC ZC driveshaft

DOHC ZC driveshaft

I hav a 92 civic, i put a DOHC ZC motor & tranny, but i dont know what driveshafts i need for it. what car should i buy the driveshafts for?

not 100% sure but.. i think you use the stock drive shafts...

ZC's use D series transmission right ? so use D series drive shaft.

i cant remember if 5th gens have even lenght shafts stock or not...if they do then you would use a stock one...if not you would need to find out what even lenght shafts work...like for a 4th gen its 89 integra shafts

You need ist gen B16 shafts or 90-93 teg shafts. I have a ZC tranny on my CRX and these are the shafts I use along with a ZC intermediate shaft. This is for sure.

no just use the d series tranny thats prolly in your car now if its in good cond, and you can use the driveshafts as well. done.

I'm pretty sure you can use the stock d's
my obd1 dohc zc used my oem ones

Heres some good info.
AXLE SEAL'S:
Because the JDM L3 "ZC" tranny was paired with a 1.6l DOHC powerplant, it was designed to use the larger "Integra sized" inner CV joints with the 40mm splined shafts. The bore in the transmission casings is the same as the USDM L3 transmissions, so the outside diameter of the seals is the same. However, because of the larger caliber splined axle shafts, you will need the larger inner diameter seals.
