D16A.LH????
 

Have a 2000 DX Civic with a D16A.LH (could just be D16A) and I'm wondering about any information on this motor. All I know is it isn't VTEC. I've searched all over and found nothing. Any information is much appreciated.

is this a DOHC motor or SOHC? either way its a D series non VTEC, so 1.6L, if SOHC then any other SOHC parts should for the most part bolt up, if DOHC then its a rare motor, basically a slightly watered down version of the "ZC" but either way I think its probably an old motor someone had laying around and threw it in cause it fit.
