d15b7 swap ('93dx) into '90 dx (d15b2)?

My '90 dx (d15b2)took a crap due to a timing belt issue. So the question is can I swap the d15b7 from my '93 dx into my '90 dx? I understand there is a DPFI/MPFI issue. Is this a big problem? Thanks

doesn't have to be. I think if you transfer your intake manifold and as many of the parts from your EF as you can just using the head and block from the EG I don't think you need to change anything to do with fuel/ignition.

just change ur intake and the motor mount on the side of the block (u will need to unbolt it right out of the block) and drop it in and ur good to go!...ive done this bout a million times trust me!

Ok, thanks.

How do I adapt the hydraulic clutch (93) to the cable clutch configuration of the 1990 shell?

Thanks again,

Brin

Scratch that last question - keeping host tranny - no probs.

Will the clutch that was used for the hydro trans work for the d15b2 cable trans?
