Battary shortage.

I wasnt sure where to post this question so i figured here would be a decent spot, any ways, me and a buddy just finished a swap into my 98 civic,(b16) and while he was doing up the batter the socket from the negative touched the positive, and now you cant hear the fuel pump prime, and it wont turn over, could this be a grounding issue? or do you think he shorted somthing? if so what?

Thanks in advanced

Brent

Check the battery fuse. Its located right by the battery in the fuse box. I believe its an 80amp fuse.
