its next to impossible to get a regular wrench down into where the rocker arms are on the DOHC VTEC engines.
A jam-nut adjuster is what you need here.
I'm pretty sure i've seen them at canadian tire before with their "specialty" tools.

hey sean whatsup snap on tools has the tool you are looking for ! I have used that tool many of time you will also need feeler gauges to know your cleanrances and it makes it easier to know when you have three people on the job.

LOL I was looking through my dad's tool box(one of many) and found a 10mm wrench like the one from c-speedracing.com picture. He's a Honda Tech, and now I understand the purpose of it! I thought someone was just messing around one day when they were bored.

Chris and i have used that one before. Power built correct? Use the feeler guage under the opposing side of the rocker arm rather then trying to get under the valve lash adjuster. B-series engines don't really have alot of room like the d-series do.
