Anyway to recalibrate the tachnometer?

Anyway to recalibrate the tachnometer?
I think my tachnometer wasnt calibrate properly... becasue at full stop the tachnometer returns to 0.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Oh yeah, the dash cluster is stock.
