02 sensor questions

ok heres what i need to know, i just put in 4-2-1 vibrant headers running to a magnaflow high flow cat and 2 and a quarter piping all the way threw. the 1 02 sensor for the headers is pluged in, but i now have no hole for the second 02 sensor....what should i do?

here are some options people gave me, what is the best thing 2 do...

1st choice:
drill a hole in the high flow cat pipe the size of the 02 sensor, put a nut on the 02 sensor, put the 02 in the pipe and weld the nut to the pipe (02 welded on with a nut)

2nd choice:
grab an old 02 sensor, cut the plug and wire up one 02 sensor with 2 plugs (meaning i will have both plugs for 02s hooked up but running off only 1 02 sensor located on the header)

what should i do? i want to get rid of my check engine light lol there is no difference in power or gas everything is the same just the engine light stays on and its irratating as ****

number 1 for sure.

Bring it to an exhaust shop.. they'll charge like $60 to weld on a nut.

whats the diff?

is there any difference between the 2? whether we wire both connectors too 1 02 or whether i weld a nut on with the 02?

your ECU assuming you have OBD2 is gonna be looking for 2 O2 inputs and comparing the two to determine cat effectiveness
