Window Falls Out of Clips

Hey Guys,

My front passenger window keeps on falling out of the clips. I bought some high grade glue but it doesn't seem to work. Any idea how I can fix this ? Or would you know anyone that can help me out? Thanks!

hmm I don t think its those bolts that are causing the problem... they are pretty sturdy and glue is def not the answer.

what is the problem exactly? is the window falling out of its tracks ?? Are the plastic tab on the bottom of the window which are used to fasten the window to the regulator broken?

If you have an Ek its a common problem and I believe the only way to fix it is to replace the tracks on both sides. Besides that sometimes the regulator arms get bent out of wack and need to be straighten.

Yeah...It seems like there isn't a bolt that connects there like the picture says. Does anyone know if a new plastic clip comes with some kind of glue to hold the window ? Or am I looking at having to replace more parts as well?

P.S. The plastic tab on the bottom of the window which are used to fasten the window to the regulator doesn't adhere to the window anymore.

I went to the dealership today and it seems like I'll need to take it to a window repair shop to get some special adhesive. Thanks guys!

happened to me
i greased up the tracks, and tightened up the bolt for the right track. works fine now.
it usually happens when the glass doesnt slide properly on the tracks due to dirt or whatever. wash the track with a pressure washer and then grease em.
