UNIBODY Collision - HORRIBLE MISTAKE!

I did a horrible mistake choosing this shop. Do your google search as well, there are already bad feedbacks.

Here is the short story:

Dishonest person and poor job quality.

Paint quality: Spotty painting over the dust and unclean/unprepared surface.
There are remains of paint flow and drops at the parts edges.
Some part edges were not painted properly.
Few missed spots of rust that I was asked to fix.
There are remains of the paint at the windshield and even at the car interior.
Car was returned more dirty than I brought to him with pieces of dirt in the trunk and in the car.

Time: Sam Dobrovoljac promised the car will be ready in 2 weeks.
3d weeks he was feeding me up every day with promises.
Did the job only at the 4th week. For all this time DID NOT suggest any car loan, compensation or discount.

Money: the amount of money was enough for real quality.

Mitchell estimation for work was done, but keep hidden from me.
When I saw and got it into my hands, Sam angry requested to return it.
When I asked for the proof of changed parts he sent me to dig in the garbage.

UNIBODY collision - HORRIBLE experience

3800.00 cash for all stuff - replaced parts and complete paint. I did estimation before with Sam and he asked around 4000.00. I've been in another shops as well - they asked around the same amount (some less, some more). I choose UNIBODY collision as it was described very good at the forum.

Oh, and UNIBODY collision doesn't keep you informed as they said at their site.
So, it all scam.

I really appreciate that Rich@UniBody Collision came up with decision to re do car painting.
He provided car rental for the time my car was in the shop.

Car painting was done all over again and this time - looks completely different.
Painting job was done in a 1.5 weeks.
Painting job is amazing! Car was cleaned in and out.

Rich was keeping me updated with car's pics.

Glad to hear everything worked out !

3800 for a paint job is not cheap. So I would ve expected an excellent job , at the end it worked out !

I paid 1000$ for my paint job , nowhere near perfect but decent at least

Oh, rick since your car is only like a few spots away from our parking garage, I was hoping to get a closer peak of your car, so if you ever find me near your car one day don't assume I'm going to steal your front lip . But I was hoping to get around into what connections you have, since next spring will be my respray sscheduling and I'm shopping around
