correction
bmw and benz use standox and glasurit (sp?) not sikkens. some sources say they use sikkens but that was pure b.s. sikkens isnt reputable enough.

Re: Where to get your car painted?

RULES!!
If you have NOT had your car painted, you have no business posting here. If you have any questions, you have no business posting here (that's what PM is for). If the location of the shop is blank, don't ask where it is. Go to yellowpages.ca with the shop name and FIND IT YOURSELF. Anything in violation of these guidelines will be DELETED.

review: I would NOT recomend this body shop ever to anybody.

"If you want something done right, do it yourself" comes into play and mind.

The owner only goes for the money, he will talk to you and tell you what you want to hear, but once he get's your money, he will not stand by his work.

I talked to elistian and 1ofakind and they had good work done by him but I learned the hard way. I was nice and cool to him, gave him the money he wanted for the work but I didn't get the quality of work the money should have got me.
body work is 'decently' done...paint isn't bad, except it seems very cheap.

Sorry to rag on him, but anybody considering D&A Autobody, DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR YOUR SAKE!
