wheel offset problem

alright so i have a set of sparco racing rims and they are a pretty large offset, to the point where they rub in the back pretty bad. im running eibach sportlines so its not too low.
anyway the question i want to ask is if there is a place to take rims and have the back of the hub machined to lessen the offset by a few millimeters?
if so, how much and where?
thanks
