What's the easiest and best way to fix minor rust?
sand it down and use touch up paint??
touch up paint no need primer right???
and after touch up paint should i put a clear coat on it, and how?

u cant fix it like that, it'll come back in the spring. get it done at a body shop

if u fix it, usualy comes back to haunt ya in the future. get a reputible body shop to fix it
