Will they fit a 2001 Sentra?

i think it wont be a question of the tire size. its the wheels u should be asking for. correct me if im wrong, the bolt pattern of the sentra is 4x100mm/4x4.5in.(is my mm. and in. measurements correct? ) and if u get the wheels with that bolt pattern, just like the civic, everything should be ok. but IMO 13s would be a lil small coz i think the sentras came with 14s and 15s. just my 2 cents.
