Had tinted plate covers on ever since 2000 from the vic to my present car, My type S before I even sprayed another layer on and it was hella dark especially on a white car. i mean if you do get pulled over tell him/her you'll remove it on the spot and rip the darn thing off infront of him/her. My friend did that before and the cop walked away, the thing is cheap plastic breaks off easily.

but some ******* scraped my car when i was gone.. can't spend money on anything else now... but a repaint.
