I've noticed that some of the cars driving on the road with one or both of their break lights on all the time, especially european cars like Audi and BMW. There is only the 3rd break lights on when they step on the break. It's very annoying when I follow those cars coz it's hardly notice when they are actually breaking...

are those new feature only apply on european car? or they just simply have circurt problem? I know some of the mini coopers have rear fog light equiped but it's located at the bottom of the bumper which is a proper location where the fog lights should go

Yes, it's prob the rear fogs. Although in EDM cars, it's usually 1 of 4 brake lights that is on. usually one of the 2 in the center of the car, not the outer ones (because they also use the outer ones for signalling).

no, it is NOT a new feature, they've been around for decades. JDM civics have rear fogs as well, but they're a seperate light.
