Shaved Door Handles
Does anyone know if having Shaved Door Handles are illegal?
I've been told by a friend they are, incase of emergencies.

Break Glass (In which cases they most will) - Then open door handle.
I still don't see anything in subject to what I'm asking for on that site, maybe you can guide me directly?
