Angry seatbelt noise

noticed that in the 2002 civic 2dr, when your driver side window is down the seatbelt will whistle like blowing on a blade of grass, wondering if anyone else has this problem and might know how to stop it? PLEASE its rather annoying?

im a new member so it might be easier to email

How about some Sparco harnesses Not much you can do, other than alter air flow using one of those rain guards on the exterior. And even that may not help. I was annoyed that my 1998 Civic seatbelts retracted real slow, so I got harnesses instead.
