rust on wheel wells

im starting to get sum rust on my wheel wells of my 92 civic si hatch. what are my options? is sanding it down a way to go or is cutting out the metal and welding a new sheet in there? one mechanic said about 1500$ i can not afford that much and i was wondering what i should do. any suggestions?

$1500?

Is a BlowJob included in that price?

loudsubz paid like 5 or 8 hundred.... same problem you have... included cut, weld, paint.

500 sounds about right

you will need new metal, unless its just tiny surface rust

also, you will get a crap paint job. if you have a clear coat on the car, that part will be missing it, and usually never blends correctly with the car.

....

on one side its kinda bad and the other side its pretty small. so are u guys saying it gonna be about 500 for one side or for both? and one other thing, the guy i bought the car from put a bra on it and i don't like it that much and there is scruff and muck under it, am i gonna have to paint the whole car to get it all to match again? or what should i do?
thanks

well, my bro got quoted on his 92 dx for $300 for both wells paint and new metal/welding.. but that is from his friends uncle.. so $500 would be for both.
