so if i've got stock reflectors and i want to put an hid kit on it or even change it in anyways it will be illegal? ...wat a bummer

the headlights that were originally equipped with the car are DOT approved. they are DOT approved the way they are NOT after they have been modified.

doesnt make it legal.

you cant add two items that are legal to make a single item legal. if that were the case people would be modifying two different guns to make them one super gun and have those considered legal.
