Removing Dents

Hey, so i have a small dent on the top of my fender, right next to the hood.

Just wondering if the youtube vids of ppl heating up a dent with a hair dryer then spraying compressed air (upside down so the liquid comes out) into the dent works? Has anybody tried this? Also, couldnt it crack the clearcoat or paint from the sudden temp change?

Thanks.

I've also seen them used Dry Ice with proper gloves on the body panel after heating the dent up too.

if its a bigger dent you can use a dent puller. mind you it will get messy. since you will have to either rivet or weld on a stud then use the weight on the puller to pull it out.
if its a small dent and on flat spot, you can try pushing it from the inside of the fender may pop out.

I've tried the hair dryer with compressed air and it doesn't work. Get a paintless dent removal guy to come to your place and do it.

try and push it out or gently tap it out with a hammer first, before calling a professional to come

It's too small for me to pay somebdoy to do it.

A stupid guard dropped the gate onto my car.....he knew i was there, and going thru as i always wave to the guards at the condo i park at. He waved back, and i drove thru cause the gate was open. As i went thru he dropped the gate, i slammed the brakes hoping that my car was low enough to just slip by. It wasnt. Now there's a penny sized dent on the front fender, right were the body line of the car is.

I believe it was called the Ding King. I actually bought it at Canadian Tire.
It was good for nice clean dings in the middle of body panels.
