Removing 3rd break light?
 

I want to remove the 3rd break light on my 2k2coupe, because I got the oem spolier that have break light. Is it possible to take them off? Is it a very hard? has anyone done it before that would like to help me out with some tip.

probably not too hard..
open up yer trunk..
see all those little plastic clips holding down the rear deck??
release the rear deck and pull it from the car..

i'd like to have a look at the wiring too if yours is wired up..
i'd actually prefer mine to work w/ the spoiler one....

I don't know about the 7th gen but my 6th gen has the 3rd light integrated into the rear deck, so the best you can do is unplug it.

Thats what I was thinking. I did the same when I got a spoiler for my EL.

ya, we discussed that possibility thru PM..
i hope it's not integrated tho, i've got the wheels spinning :wink:
